Top Rung Construction provides construction services to the Seattle, Tacoma, Kent, Federal Way, Covington, Bellevue, Issaquah, Tukwila, Redmond, Burien, and Auburn areas.
The owners of Fields Roof Service saw a need from their existing clients to address exterior issues that were either aesthetically or technically associated with roof installations. As Fields Roof Service has been in business for over fifty years, clients asked for referrals for other specialty trades or general contractors to help with resolving their maintenance or renovation requirements.
With previous experience in applying and working with various trades, Top Rung Construction was formed. Top Rung Construction is now involved in building exterior and interior projects with other general and specialty contractors and is also the lead on renovation and tenant improvement projects.

As your general contractor, we are able to coordinate your entire project, or we can step in at any stage.
We specialize in commercial remodeling and general contracting, and if you choose to have us design or redesign your commercial space or exterior, you will be an integral part of our design team.
